Social Parties such as birthday, anniversary, graduation, housewarming parties - just to name a few Weddings along with all of the festivities that lead up to the big day - engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette party Corporate Events whether it is a staff appreciation celebration, team building event, or multiday conference.
What are the fees for planning an event?
We know this is your first question because your budget is very important! Every client and every event is unique and we tailor each package to your specific needs. Contact us directly so we can determine what services best fit your needs.

Where do you plan events? Do you travel?
We are based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, but plan events all over North Carolina, South Carolina, and parts of Tennessee.
If you're an adventurous couple who wants a destination wedding, we'll go anywhere with you! We have a travel fee, but enjoy seeing and setting up at new places!
Why do we need an event planner?
You hire professionals (doctors, lawyers, accountants, electricians, etc.) for other areas of your life, planning a celebration or wedding is no different. We take the time to learn about you as a client and cultivate an experience based on what aspects of the event matters most and what matters least.We make it our goal to be the best investment you make in celebrating all of life's special moments and would be honored to be the expert you hire to help manage the details of your next event.
Do you work with clients who don't live in the area?
Most definitely! We are able to work around your schedule, setting up video calls, phone calls, and planning in advance for your trips into town. Our customized planning tools can really come in handy in relieveing stress and anxiety about planning any event in a place where you are not currently located.
Weddings
How do I know if I really need a wedding planner? what if i can handle some things on my own?
We are only as involved as you need us to be! If you have most of your wedding vendors booked, but you’re having trouble finding a string quartet, a photographer in your price range, and an on-site hair and make-up stylist, we’re happy to send you contacts for all of those! You can book your vendors – or we can. Some reasons you may want to consider hiring a wedding planner.
If you aren’t able to get into your reception space until the day of your wedding and you know you’ll be short on time and help. Don’t stress. The Celebrations Remembered team can set up your centerpieces and head table decorations for you!
If you don’t have an eye for centerpiece design or details. That’s fine! We’ll show you options for centerpieces and you pick what you love! Our team will take care of the rest. Easy as that.
If one of your main goals is to have FUN on your wedding day. Hire a wedding planner. We will be an informational clone of you. After all our meetings and communication, we’ll know where things go, who is supposed to be where, and we know how you want things to flow on your big day. We’ll field calls from your vendors so you don’t have to take calls while you’re getting your hair done, we’ll ask the questions you haven’t even thought to ask yet. We’ll check in with all of your vendors so they know what time and where to arrive and set up. You can take a deep breath because we just know. We’ve talked about it.
If you have too many people (Moms? Aunts? Best Friend?) who want to lead your day. If you need a ringmaster and someone to delegate tasks, hire Celebrations Remembered. You may have the helpers but we have the leadership skills…and YOUR best wishes at heart.
what's the difference between you and a venue coordinator?
In a nutshell, as a wedding planner I work for YOU. I am here to make your life easier when it comes to planning your wedding by coordinating and managing ALL logistics and design details with your entire vendor team (including your venue coordinator). I will ensure that their jobs are streamlined and simplified allowing each vendor to focus on delivering their services at the highest level which results in an AMAZING wedding for you. Venue coordinators work for the VENUE. They typically are only responsible for overseeing the set-up, food and beverage (if provided by the venue), and logistics as it relates directly to the venue.
do you work with lgbtq+ couples?
Yes! We love LOVE. Celebrations Remembered believes in inclusivity and serving all clients regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, identity or orientation.
Is there a minimum event budget you work with?
Every wedding budget is different; however, on average, our clients spend as a whole for the entire wedding (dress, flowers, invitations, venue, catering, etc.) around $200-$1500 per guest.
do you offer day of/month of coordination?
We refer to this package as our wedding day management package. Our wedding day management package is more than jus help on the day of the event, as we enter the planning process alongside you about 3-4 months out from your wedding and help tie up loose ends!
